INK Entertainment announced today that UNIUN Nightclub will be closing its doors as of January 2nd 2019.
Launched in 2012, UNIUN was the first venue of its kind with LED-light installations, a top-of-the-line sound system and a chic industrial feel. Home to some of Toronto’s biggest parties, top artists such as Calvin Harris, Tiësto, A$AP Ferg, Steve Aoki, Fat Joe and Afrojack have performed inside the venue’s weekly Factory Fridays and UNIUN Saturdays events.
In celebration of the last six years, UNIUN will be hosting five massive closing parties: Bass artists Borgore and Getter on Wednesday, December 26th and Thursday, December 27th, as well as the final Factory Fridays and UNIUN Saturdays on December 28th and 29th. The last and closing party of the series will be on New Year’s Eve. Tickets can be purchased for these events via the UNIUN Nightclub website.
UNIUN’s exit may be bittersweet, but it is a sign of new and exciting things to come from INK Entertainment.
