Veld Music Festival celebrates successful seventh year

INK Entertainment and Live Nation Ontario presented Veld Music Festival for its seventh successful year at Downsview Park. The all ages festival went down August 3rd to 4th with headliners Cardi B, Skrillex, Tiesto and Kygo. Other notable acts included Alesso, Lil Baby, Loud Luxury and Zeds Dead.

Veld had all of Toronto – and the internet – buzzing with memorial moments such as Jaden Smith shaving his head on stage, Cardi B bringing out her daughter Kulture, Rezz surprising Ekali during his set at Sirkus Stage, as well as Kayzo bringing out a young fan and aspiring DJ named Corbin on stage.

The festival also celebrated its biggest year yet with its highest attendance in its seven-year duration. Veld Music Festival will be returning in 2020 with more information to come next year.

Veld Music Festival celebrates seventh successful season

Returning for the seventh year to Downsview Park, INK Entertainment and Live Nation Ontario presented Veld Music Festival over the August long weekend. This year, Veld welcomed an unbeatable line up including headliners Marshmello, DJ Snake, Martin Garrix and Migos, among many other sensational acts. Recently featured as one of North America’s best music festivals by Flight Network and Toronto’s Top 100 events by BizBash, Veld achieved one of its most successful years yet. We thank everyone who attended this year and look forward to next year.
