Chef Mark McEwan partnered with Post City this month to taste test Toronto’s best hand-crafted ravioli and agnolotti. Sofia Restaurant & Bar had some stiff competition – including runner-up La Palma, Piano Piano, Terroni & many more – but INK Entertainment’s own came out on top!
As stated in the Post City article, McEwan loved the ricotta-stuffed dish – by head chef Rob LeClair – with chanterelles, hazelnuts and black truffles. “I really like the combination, really elegant and simple, as pasta should be.”
