PINK SKY BRIGHTENS KING STREET WEST WITH NEW SEA TO FORK MENU OPENING AUGUST 31st, 2021
Hospitality impresarios Hanif Harji and Charles Khabouth are bringing a new sea-to-fork restaurant to King Street West, offering a hearty menu of exquisitely fresh seafood, inspired craft cocktails and chilled pints.
Located at 480 King Street West, (previously Weslodge, which will move to a new location) the completely transformed interior is reminiscent of port warehouses on the shores of the Eastern Seaboard balanced with accent luxuries in walnut and copper that come together to create laid back elegance with an edgy attitude.
Equal parts local neighbourhood favourite and ‘night out’ destination, Pink Sky is a seafood lover’s mecca with a raw bar offering selections of east and west coast oysters, ceviche, crudo and tartare along with a selection of the freshest shellfish. Dinner will be served seven days a week and lunch Saturday and Sunday (commencing later this fall).
“We want to offer a holistically unique seafood experience at Pink Sky,” says co-owner Hanif Harji. “We built this menu around freshness – and offering the freshest fish, seafood and produce alongside unique flavours, textures and preparations will underscore a great experience – whether you’re popping in for lunch or planning a great evening with friends.”

Corporate Head Chef Zachary Alberston and Restaurant Head Chef Michali Eleftheroglou have designed an impeccable menu where guests will discover incredible appetizers, including such highlights as Crab on Toast, Charcoal Grilled Oysters Escabeche and Smoked Ontario Whitefish.
Classic preparations with choice ingredients rule the not to miss mains – which run the gamut from a selection of Grilled Littleneck Clams, Mussels and Fish and Chips, to Cioppino, Halibut or a Bone-in Prime Striploin.
The Daily Catch menu is jam-packed with freshly caught seafood, deliciously prepared over a signature charcoal grill, and accompanied by accoutrements such as lemon potatoes, peppery greens, and a variety of savoury sauces.
Pink Sky offers an open concept dining room along with a show kitchen and fresh seafood display as well an upper-level private dining room that looks out onto the main floor. Using dark warm woods and rich coloured glass, plaster walls, cozy banquettes in burnt gold tones and rich teal accents, the restaurant evokes a sophisticated sensibility, with a relaxed, social atmosphere.
Whether for an impromptu drink and snack or a more thought-out dinner, the Pink Sky cocktail list is a delight. Approachable classics with playful twists and seasonal inspired flavours are brought to you in the form of the Apricot Julep, Pink Negroni, Raspberry Parnelle, and Caribbean Sazerac. Supporting these libations is a wine list that reads eclectic and approachable – mineral and crisp whites, light and spicy reds, and always plenty of bubbles – to indulge every moment.
