INK Entertainment Group strives to meet the needs of its employees and customers with disabilities and is working hard to remove and prevent barriers to accessibility. 

INK Entertainment Group is committed to fulfilling our requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. This accessibility plan outlines the steps we are taking to meet those requirements and to improve opportunities for people with disabilities.

Our plan shows how we will lead in making Ontario an accessible province for all Ontarians. This plan is reviewed and updated at least once every 5 years.

Customer Service

INK Entertainment welcomes all persons with disabilities in all our venues. Assistive devices, service animals and support persons are all permitted on-site.  

Employees are trained to become familiar with assistive devices, service animals and support persons. 

Venues are equipped with the necessary tools to assist all persons with disabilities when communicating or providing information to them (e.g., providing an accessible format of a menu).

Employment and Training

INK Entertainment is committed to providing persons with disabilities equal opportunities regarding all employment activities, including access to jobs and accommodations throughout employment as required. 

All employees at INK Entertainment are provided with training on providing an accessible customer experience at all our venues. All managers undergo yearly refresher training to ensure they are up to date on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. 

Design of Public Spaces

INK Entertainment is committed to maintaining barrier free access to all venues. All venues are designed to ensure customers with disabilities can access the premises with minimal difficulty. Venues are equipped with ramps, elevators, and accessibility washrooms.
