Introducing City View Drive-In

While the city continues to reopen and implement creative solutions for our new normal, INK Entertainment is thrilled to announce CityView Drive-In, Toronto’s newest outdoor concert and entertainment venue. Presenting concerts, movie nights, unique events and more, CityView is an entirely contactless experience in the heart of Toronto’s docklands, with the picturesque Toronto skyline as a backdrop.

Designed to host 200+ vehicles in reserved parking spots a minimum of seven feet apart, guests can enjoy live entertainment from the 238-foot stage and three large LED screens supplied by Apex Sound & Light from the comfort of their own car. For a completely contactless experience, tickets are to be purchased in advance online and will be scanned at front gate via a touchless system.

To kick things off, Monster Truck will perform on July 16th, followed by performances by Allan Rayman on July 18th and A Tribe Called Red on August 6th, with many more shows to be announced.

Armin van Buuren, Illenium, Marshmello, Martin Garrix headline 9th year of Veld Music Festival

Veld Music Festival is back for its ninth year at Downsview Park on August 1st and 2nd, 2020 as Toronto’s longest running music festival. This year’s headliners include returning Dutch DJs Martin Garrix and Armin van Buuren, returning DJ Marshmello and new-to-the-festival melodic dubstep DJ Illenium.

Co-headliners include North Carolina rapper DaBaby – one of the genre’s hottest acts currently – and California rapper Tyga. Other notable artists are Cosmic Gate, Galantis, Malaa, NGHTMRE, Oliver Heldens, RL Grime and Tchami.

Solaris Winter Music Festival returns with massive 2-day lineup

Toronto’s largest winter music festival Solaris is back inside REBEL on December 26th & 27th with a massive lineup for its 2019 edition.


deadmau5 returns to his hometown with his mau5trap crew – featuring Seven Lions, No Mana, Qrion, Bentley Dean and No Fone – on December 26th for an epic first day of the festival.

Trance legends and Toronto favourites Above & Beyond close out the last day on December 27th, with rising producer i_O joining them inside the Main Room. NOIR will be host to returning DJ to the festival and bad ass bass producer Borgore.

Yorkville Murals paints Toronto red with inaugural weekend

Yorkville Murals – the artistic initiative spearheaded by INK Entertainment and Taglialatella Galleries Toronto – launched this past weekend in the heart of Yorkville. The three day festival is aiming to be an annual event which celebrates contemporary muralism and public art. Through the creation of of artistic murals inside the courtyard of 99 Yorkville Ave, and the implementation of cultural activations, the project is focused on making Yorkville a landmark in Toronto for art and ultimately, a tourist destination.

Among the murals showcase, the festival also featured installations, exhibitions, panel discussions, a movie screening of Agnes Varda’s Faces Places, as well as a block party – presented by View The Vibe – which launched the event featuring a DJ, canapés provided by Sofia Restaurant & Bar and cocktails by Romeo’s Gin.

Yorkville Murals unveils programming and presents sponsor Romeo’s Gin

INK Entertainment is pleased to announce festival programming for the first ever Yorkville Murals presented by Romeo’s Gin. Launching this week, from September 12th to 14th, Torontonians can rejoice in a celebration of contemporary muralism.

The three-day festival will feature unique activations to celebrate the new murals displayed in the courtyard of 99 Yorkville Avenue. Launching with a block party, activations include but are not limited to art panels, a meet and greet with Montreal-based artist Whatisadam, live DJs, a movie screening, sculpture displays, special light installations and a few artistic surprises.

“We have been working tirelessly to deliver a festival that will be appealing to the biggest art lovers, as well as local and visiting guests alike,” says Alan Ganev, Director, Taglialatella Galleries & Yorkville Murals. “The three days are jam packed with live entertainment, art, music, film and food and drink courtesy of Sofia Restaurant & Bar. There is something for everyone and we cannot wait to see the festival grow in years to come.”

Veld Music Festival celebrates successful seventh year

INK Entertainment and Live Nation Ontario presented Veld Music Festival for its seventh successful year at Downsview Park. The all ages festival went down August 3rd to 4th with headliners Cardi B, Skrillex, Tiesto and Kygo. Other notable acts included Alesso, Lil Baby, Loud Luxury and Zeds Dead.


Veld had all of Toronto – and the internet – buzzing with memorial moments such as Jaden Smith shaving his head on stage, Cardi B bringing out her daughter Kulture, Rezz surprising Ekali during his set at Sirkus Stage, as well as Kayzo bringing out a young fan and aspiring DJ named Corbin on stage.

The festival also celebrated its biggest year yet with its highest attendance in its seven-year duration. Veld Music Festival will be returning in 2020 with more information to come next year.

Yorkville Murals continues to grow with whatisadam

INK Entertainment and Taglialatella Galleries Toronto are thrilled to announce their latest custom mural for Yorkville Murals and two-week solo exhibition from August 15th to 30th inside the gallery with Montreal-based artist whatisadam.

His new series explores the country’s four seasons through Seasonal, which is comprised of mixed media paintings exploring the magical nature of Canada’s changing season and the different settings each offers. The collection will highlight whatisadam’s signature style with quirky pop culture references and fusing backcountry with urban living themes.

“We are so pleased to have whatisadam represent the festival and gallery as a Canadian artist,” says Alan Ganev, Director, Taglialatella Galleries and Yorkville Murals. “Yorkville Murals is an eclectic combination of local and international muralism, and his work tributes our country in such a fun, modern and relatable way.”

Offering a style reminiscent of vintage comics, pop art and Canadian imagery, whatisadam’s custom mural will be displayed on the front patio of Yorkville’s fine-dining establishment, Sofia Restaurant & Bar.

This will be the fifth mural created for INK Entertainment’s Yorkville Murals festival, officially launching September 13th to 15th, 2019. Other artists that have participated include legendary graffiti artist RISK, world-renowned pop artist Mr. Brainwash, Toronto’s very own Ben Johnston and interdisciplinary artist Getso.

Mr. Brainwash comes to Taglialatella Toronto to celebrate one year anniversary

INK Entertainment’s Taglialatella Galleries is proud to announce its latest solo exhibition with LA-based street artist, Mr. Brainwash, launching July 11th, 2019 until August 12th, 2019.

A key contributor to INK Entertainment’s recently announced Yorkville Murals festival and to celebrate the gallery’s one-year anniversary, Mr. Brainwash will create a 70 by 7 foot mural showcasing his signature spray paint style, followed by a four week exhibition called “Toronto is Beautiful” at Taglialatella Galleries. Celebrating all things Toronto, the artist will also create limited edition custom prints that pay homage to the city and his time here.

“Brainwash is a huge international talent that we are thrilled to have join us as we prepare to launch Yorkville Murals and celebrate Taglialatella Galleries’ one-year anniversary,” says Alan Ganev, Director, Taglialatella Galleries and Yorkville Murals.

Announced in June 2019, INK Entertainment’s Yorkville Murals will feature murals from local and international artists including RISK, Ben Johnston, Whatisadam, Mr. Brainwash and more. INK Entertainment launches brand new art-focused festival Yorkville Murals

INK Entertainment is thrilled to announce the launch of Yorkville Murals, an artistic initiative celebrating contemporary muralism from September 13th to 15th. The festival will feature local and international artists RISK, Ben Johnston, Mr. Brainwash, Whatisadam and more. Yorkville Murals will transform the courtyard of 99 Yorkville Avenue into a paradise of public art and will become a hub for social gatherings, as well as elevated cultural experiences.

“The first mural in the courtyard of 99 Yorkville was completed last year on the exterior of Taglialatella Galleries by legendary graffiti artist RISK,” says Alan Ganev, Director, Taglialatella Galleries and Yorkville Murals. “It was something new and exciting in an otherwise beige space. It has been so well received that it sparked the idea of a larger scale festival.”

Starting this June, the walls along Sofia Restaurant & Bar, Taglialatella Galleries, Christian Louboutin, and Spaces will be beautified by Wynwood-Walls style murals leading up to the launch of the festival in September. Alongside these murals, Yorkville Murals will features artist talks, panels, film screenings and pop-up parties. The current festival sponsors include Romeos Gin and Cumberland Private Wealth

To get into the Murals spirit early, Taglialatella Galleries will showcasing solo exhibits for Ben Johnston on June 20th, Mr. Brainwash on July 11th and Whatisadam on August 15th.

Veld Music Festival announces phase one of 2019 lineup

Veld Music Festival announced last week its phase one lineup featuring Cardi B, Kygo, Skrillex and Tiesto as headliners for 2019. The festival will be returning to Downsview Park on August 3rd and 4th for its 8th year – one of Toronto’s longest-running festivals.

Co-headliners include Alesso, Kodak Black, Juno-award winning duo Loud Luxury and Toronto’s own Zeds Dead. Other notable acts include Australia’s breakout producer and DJ Fisher, actor and musician Jaden Smith, as well as up-and-coming rappers Rich the Kid and Ski Mask the Slump God.
